Teen Basketball is for teens with autism, ages 13-17.

Join us for teen basketball and have a ball!

Learn important skills and techniques like

passing
dribbling
shooting
defense

All while practicing gameplay and team-focused know-how in a supportive learning environment.

The best part is that you will be able to take the skills you learn and apply them in school and community settings with peers (and have tonnes of fun while you’re learning, of course!).

Thanks to the Return to Play grant from the Alberta Recreation & Parks Association and the Alberta Government, we are pleased to offer our Winter 2023 Athletic programs at a reduced fee from $200 to $100!

This Winter 2023 session takes place on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 – 8:30 pm:

PEERS: Social Skills for Teens

Making and keeping friends and navigating social situations can be hard for everyone, but it can be a special challenge for teens with autism.

EmploymentWorks offers individuals ages 15 – 64 who identify as having a disability the tools and steps necessary to build employment skills, find areas of interest, and seek and maintain meaningful employment.

Facing Your Fears

Facing your fears is a14-week program designed for children on the autism spectrum who are having difficulties managing their anxiety, and focuses on helping children and their caregivers identify worries, develop coping strategies, and practice managing anxiety with guidance from program facilitators.
