CANCELLED: AAC Adventures!
In light of the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the Centre has made the decision to cancel our upcoming workshop, “AAC Adventures”, originally scheduled to take place at the Centre on Thursday, April 28
We are discussing alternate delivery options for a later date and will keep you updated.
The reasons for this cancellation are based on the recent recommendations from the Province and Chief Medical Officer surrounding social distancing and group gatherings, as well as the cancellation of all classes K-12 and daycare closures.
According to Alberta Health Services, the best way to minimize and prevent the spread of any respiratory virus is to do the following:
- Use good hygiene practices, such as frequent hand washing
- Cover coughs and sneezes
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
- Stay at home and stay away from others if you are feeling ill
- Contact your primary health provider or Health Link 811if you have questions or concerns about your health
