Navigating an ASD Diagnosis

FREE WORKSHOP
Presented by Erin Buhr, MA, R. Psych.

Being told that your child or loved one has autism spectrum disorder can be overwhelming, but we’re here to assure you that you’re not alone. This workshop focuses on all aspects of coping with a diagnosis, whether it’s new to you or something you’ve been working with for a while. You will learn how to manage the diagnosis with your healthcare providers, navigate next steps, as well as how to request support from your social network. The workshop will also discuss the importance of ongoing self-care.
