Active for Life
Ages 16-29

Presented in partnership with the Jamie Platz YMCA, Active for Life inspires participants to get motivated, moving and invested in their wellbeing. A YMCA certified trainer will lead all classes with the support of the Centre’s kinesiologist, ensuring all participants get the most out of their Active for Life fitness experience.

We keep the focus on fun, grouping everyone according to ability and compatibility.

There are currently no Winter sessions for our active programs due to COVID-19.
At the Centre for Autism Services Alberta, the safety and well-being of our participants and our staff is our first concern. Once it is safe to re-open programming that is more active and interactive, we will do so.
