Teen Fitness Club – Virtual!
Ages 13-17



Teens will enjoy weekly online sessions doing home based workout routines that include a combination of:

  • Aerobic movement to music
  • Body weight exercises
  • Stretching

So, move the coffee table and clear some space for fun and fitness!

You will need:

  • Comfortable clothing to move around in.
  • Water
  • Access to Zoom with a camera, microphone, and speakers.

All family members welcome to join in.
